Chamaê is a SaaS that replaces "raising your hand to call the waiter" with a sign on the table. The customer taps their phone (NFC) or scans the QR Code, opens a page with no install or login, and taps what they need: call the waiter, ask for the bill, water, or any other action the business configured. They can also write a message, like "more ketchup". The staff gets the call instantly on the panel, with sound. It works for any business with service points: restaurants and bars (tables), hospitals (beds), hotels (rooms), salons and clinics (booths, rooms, offices). Point types are configurable. The business model: the client reaches out through the landing page, I register the company in the admin with the plan's point limit, the system generates the sign artwork for each point with number and QR Code, and I produce the signs, write the NFC chip, and install them. Revenue comes from a monthly subscription by point limit plus the sale and installation of the signs. Businesses get a real-time call panel with sound alerts, table and action management, sign ordering, and a Performance dashboard (average response time, peak hours, heat map, top actions and tables). The admin area gives an overview of every client, company and admin registration, management of any company's points and actions, sign artwork generation (4 templates, with and without QR), and the sign order queue. On the technical side, it runs on Angular 20 (standalone components, signals, lazy loading) with Firebase Auth and Cloud Firestore and no server of its own. All security lives in the Firestore Security Rules, covered by 31 automated tests on the emulator, which also enforce anti-fraud rules: the plan's table limit, the cooldown between calls, and the integrity of each call. It was designed for low Firestore cost at 10,000+ users: the customer screen reads a single document, attending a call is a batch of writes with no reads, the dashboard uses daily summaries (at most 1 read per day in the period), and images live in subcollections that listings don't load. QR Codes and sign artwork are generated on canvas in the browser, and it's hosted on Vercel with a custom domain and SEO.
